Conference Centre

Livingston Place offers all you need for successful business meetings in our Conference Centre. The Centre space can be organized for meetings and events of varying sizes and configurations.

Livingston Place Club

One of the premier amenities for all tenants, Livingston Place Club offers a conference centre, fitness centre, lounge area, private patio and outdoor plaza. Tenants can relax in comfort in front of the fireplace or out on the private terrace.

Wireless Internet is available in the Livingston Club Conference Centre and lounge area. The username will be the company’s name and the password is available through your tenant contact. Simply sign onto the Livingston Place network bring up your Internet navigation page and sign in. If you have any questions or do not know your company’s password, feel free to contact the Tenant Relations Manager, Nancy Strome at [email protected] or 403-716-2003.
Livingston Place Plaza

The Plaza is a great outdoor amenity open to tenants all year round; very popular in the summer time, the plaza can be used for your company events or simply just enjoy it with your co-workers at lunch time, during breaks, etc. We offer a complimentary picnic blankets service. To rent a blanket or for further inquiries about using the plaza for coporate events, please contact Tenant Relations Manager, Nancy Strome at [email protected] or 403-716-2003.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station

We installed a dual-head Electric Vehicle Charging station in the parkade of Livingston Place through Impark.  This charging station is complimentary to all Monthly Parkers at the following buildings: Livingston Place, Jamieson Place, BP Centre and Intact Place.

It is located in the loading dock area of Livingston Place (222 – 3 Avenue SW) and can accommodate two vehicles charging at one time.
