Located on the second floor of the West tower, the Livingston Club Fitness Centre is a 7,000 square foot facility equipped with state‑of‑the‑art fitness equipment and a large studio space for a variety of classes and personal training. The fitness centre features the latest cardiovascular machines with embedded entertainment, an eight-piece selectorized strength circuit and a variety of free weight, stability and functional equipment.Selected programming including personal and group training is also available.

6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Note: The fitness centre is not always staffed.
The fitness centre is for use by Livingston Place tenants ONLY after they have completed a registration appointment with a fitness centre staff person. For liability and safety reasons, no spouses, children or guests are allowed to use the facility.

The fitness centre offers a variety of group exercise classes led by certified instructors. Members who wish to participate in group exercise programs will be required to register and pay a fee. Registered programs typically run from six to eight weeks.
Registration is on a first come, first served basis for each session. Registration dates and class schedules are emailed to tenants in advance. Payment is required at the time of registration.
All classes are self-paced, which means that you determine the intensity that is best for you. It’s easy; just listen to your body. We encourage you to exercise according to your fitness level.

Personal Training is not just for elite athletes and celebrities! Everyone can benefit from a session with one of our highly qualified trainers.
