2023 ENERGY STAR Certification
The ENERGY STAR® symbol is the internationally recognized and trusted mark of high efficiency. The symbol means that a product, new home, building or industrial facility is certified as energy efficient.

Fitwel is the world's leading certification system for buildings and communities that optimizes projects to support health. Generated by expert analysis of over 5,600 academic research studies, Fitwel is implementing a vision for a healthier future where all buildings and communities are enhanced to strengthen health and wellbeing.
LIVINGSTON PLACE BOMA BEST GOLD CERTIFICATION
In 2020 Livingston Place received BOMA BEST Gold certification, the second highest level in the program. The BOMA BEST program is a national environmental recognition and certification program for commercial buildings in Canada. It was designed, developed and is administered by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Canada and BOMA Calgary. BOMA BEST Gold certification is for buildings that score 80 per cent or higher on the BOMA BEST assessment of best practices and sustainable programs and systems.
BOMA 360
In 2019, Livingston Place received the BOMA 360 award. The BOMA 360 Performance Program sets the standard worldwide for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. For building owners and managers who want to help their properties stand out from the crowd, there is no clearer mark of excellence than achieving the BOMA 360 designation.

LIVINGSTON PLACE LEED GOLD CERTIFICATION
In 2022, 2017 and 2012 Livingston Place received Gold Certification for LEED® Canada EB:O&M (Existing Building: Operations & Maintenance)! Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) is a third-party certification program and an internationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings. LEED® Canada EB:O&M is a building rating system administered by the Canada Green Building Council, a national non-profit organization. The process helps building owners and operators to measure operations, improvements and maintenance on a consistent scale, with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency while minimizing environmental, resource and health impacts. Our Gold certification distinguishes Livingston Place as a leader in the real estate industry, reaching the second highest certification in this category.
THE OUTSTANDIN BUILDING OF THE YEAR (TOBY) AWARD, 2018 (NATIONAL)
In 2018 Livingston Place received BOMA’s The Outstanding Building of the Year Award in the 500,000 to 1,000,000 sf category. This certification recognized Livingston Place as the leader in its size based on the following seven criteria: design, community impact, tenant relations, energy management and conservation, emergency preparedness, security standards and training of building personnel.
